Payment must be made in full. There are no payment plans available.
Cancellation/Refund Policy:
Swedish Institute reserves the right to change/modify or cancel the program prior to the scheduled class start date. In such an event, this enrollment is null and void, the participant will be notified, and given the opportunity to re-enroll or receive a full refund of monies paid.
Laser & Light Therapy Program Refund and Cancellation Policy:
For those paying in full:
- Cancellations made by the student 30 days before the program start date will be refunded 100% of the tuition.
- Cancellations made by the student 14 days before the start date will be refunded 50% of the tuition.
- Cancellations made by the student less than 14 days before the start will be charged the full tuition and will not be entitled to a refund.
Payment plan refund cancellation and policy:
Once you pay your deposit, we will hold your spot until you make your first scheduled payment of $2,500. If you don’t make your first payment by the due date, you will lose your spot for the course. Your deposit will not be refunded but can be transferred to your application for the next Laser class being offered the following month. (Your deposit can only be transferred to the next/following month’s class — no further than 30 days).
Once you make your first payment, your spot will be held until your second payment is due. If you do not make your second payment by the due date, you will lose your spot for the course, as well as all monies paid. Your deposit will not be refunded and will not be transferrable to a future class.
Clinical Workshops Refund and Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made by the student 14 days before the program start date will be refunded 100% of the tuition.
- Cancellations made by the student less than 14 days before the start will be charged the full tuition and will not be entitled to a refund.
